Recent Easter session

Bunnies? Baby chicks? Lambs? Nope, not in my studio! Try a gals' best friend, her cute little Chihuahua. I was thrilled to be able to finally have a older child in my studio! Miss "K" is 8, and cute as a button. Her sweet little puppy is named Lily, and the poor little thing had a reaction to her shots earlier that day. She was pretty sore, but posed beautifully for a few pictures. To prove these are actually Easter pictures, we threw in the Easter basket in the last shot.

A matter of "style"

I am editing a couple sessions from this weekend, and stumbled across these images.

We were trying so hard to get the little guy to grab his toes and look my direction. However, he preferred to grab them, and then roll away from me. somehow I did catch a quick shot of just his little hand holding his toes. Now, some people (Me) love this sort of thing, and others ( my Mom) wonder why I chopped the baby's head off. ( It was not a accident people!) I suppose it is a matter of taste.

The other image is one I have started doing a lot. I love it personally, but again some people think I have lost my mind!

I do consider my "style" quite untraditional. I always try to get images that I think my clients will love, but sometimes I just take a shot that I know I will love! Of course, it's a added bonus is the clients like them too.

Brother,brother!

I had a bit of a hard time picking just a few from this session. I really liked a lot of them. These brothers were so cute, and very cooperative! It took the oldest brother a couple minutes to warm up to me, but after a few silly faces from me, and the mention of a red sucker, he was all smiles!

Just playing with the camera tonight!

After the kiddos were tucked into bed for the the night. I grabbed my hubby and ran outside with my camera to catch the last of the light, as the sun set. This is my first attempt at a silhouette. I have been wanting to do one of these forever! Hope you enjoy it.

Tutu cute birthday girl!

I photographed this little sweetie 6 months ago. Now she is almost one! I loved this session, in fact it may be one of my favs so far! Like the tutu? It, and and few others are hanging in my studio waiting for your little princess to give it a twirl!

Time for Easter pictures!!

Easter sessions will be available only on these dates March 26th-28th, and and April 2nd-5th. Sessions are by appointment only. Sessions will last no more than 30 minutes. There will be a $5.00 sitting fee per child, and you must choose at least one package. I have decided that I will not be providing live animals this year. If you wish to bring your own bunny or chick, that is fine, but I will not be responsible for any bites or scratches that may take place!
